West Colonial offers 1 Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments and 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apartments. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning.

Included in your rent is trash.

We offer 12-month leases starting at $560.00 per month for the 1 bedroom and $750.00 a month for the 2 Bedroom units. There is a $50.00 application fee, and a security deposit ranging from $100 to 1-months rent based off credit score and rental background check. Residents are responsible for water and sewer usage and that is added to the rent based off of usage every month.

You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.

West Colonial is conveniently located close to USI, Bristol Myers, University Shopping and the Mesker Park Zoo. Coming west on Lloyd Expressway, take the North Barker Exit. Stay on Barker thru the stop sign and then go left at the T on Mt. Vernon Ave.. Go to the top of the hill and turn right at the 4 way stop on Harmony Way. Go past Mater Dei High School and then take a left on Rodenberg and we are on your left.
